Bill 124 has kept wages down for public sector workers - workers who are predominantly women. Last year, Ford was offered the chance to do right by them by respecting the court decision that deemed this bill illegal.
Instead, Ford dug in his heels and committed to appealing this decision, using the taxes of those he's harmed the most to disadvantage them further.
