Sign up to help your neighbours

“Good exercise for the heart: reach out and help your neighbour.”

With the help of health care workers, first responders, and the experts at public health, we’re going to get through the pandemic.

But it won’t be easy. Simple tasks like getting groceries or medicine — even just connecting with others — have suddenly become a huge challenge for many.

If you’d like to help, you can!

We’re setting up a COVID-19 Community Outreach phone bank, calling members of the community to help connect them with resources and support, pass on the latest information, or just to listen in these self-isolating times.

We’ll be making these calls from our own phones from our own homes.

If you’d like to help, please get in touch with Julie Matheson at [email protected] (don’t skip the extra “a” in her address!). She’ll get you trained up via videoconferencing and help you schedule some calls.

If calls aren’t your thing, don’t worry: just click on one of the buttons below.

In neighbourhoods and buildings across Toronto St. Paul’s, we’ll try to connect people who need help with those who can help.
